I’ve been obsessing over Polish hip-hop for the last three or four years. OSTR is one of the best producers in hip-hop right now, period. And MCs on this side of the pond are realizing it, too — his last album featured Brother J, Sadat X, and El da Sensei.

There’s lots of great stuff happening in the eastern european underground (and not just with hip-hop, either). The days where “international hip-hop” felt 5 years behind US hip-hop have passed, I think.

yeah, yeah.. thats true and check your comment at PhilaFlava about EU or Polish rap. I exactly from PL and what you think about rap from EU since 96 or 99 and right now ?

Not quite sure what you were saying in the second comment — the only reference I found to “Farmers, Hip-Hop, and Plastic Guns” was in an old online magazine I wrote for back in the day (HardCORE).
